Princess Diana’s niece, 28, was seen with the 60-year-old businessman, who is worth around £80million, after the pair’s relationship was revealed last summer. Lady Spencer was seen with her apparent boyfriend Mr Lewis when they were leaving the exclusive Manhattan hotel where Meghan Markle had her baby shower. Mr Lewis is head of high-end fashion brand Whistles.

The millionaire is six years older than Lady Kitty’s father, Charles Spencer, who is 54.

The blonde beauty, wearing a pastel pink turtleneck shirt and multicoloured trousers, wrapped her arm around the businessman’s shoulder in New York City.

Lady Spencer was previously in a four-year relationship with property magnate Niccolo Barattieri di San Pietro, 48, before they split in 2017.

Lady Kitty, who started modelling when she was one, has worked as a professional model for fashion titles including Vogue Japan, Tatler, and Marie Claire.

Speaking in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar in March, Kitty Spencer said: “I’ve always had really lovely, straightforward boyfriends.

“Whenever anything exciting happens in my life, or sad, the serious boyfriends I’ve had will be the first to get in touch and the first to be supportive.”

She became more famous after attending Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding at St George’s Chapel last year wearing a stunning green Dolce & Gabbana dress.

She told the magazine that her Instagram following surged from 17,000 to half a million.

Lady Spencer is a regular world traveller and just last week posted pictures from Sydney on her Instagram page.

Lady Spencer has been compared to her late aunt, Princess Diana, because of her stunning looks and extensive charity work.

She was raised in South Africa by Lord Spencer, the brother of the late Lady Di.
