Arsenal have sent scouts to watch AFC Ajax winger David Neres take on Juventus this evening, according to Nicolò Schira.

The Dutch champions take on the Italian champions with a place in the Champions League semi-finals at stake.

The Gunners are keen to take a closer look at the Brazilian following his wonder strike in the first-leg.

Arsenal send scouts to watch David Neres vs Juventus

The Italian journalist claims that Arsenal will be watching the 22-year-old winger this evening at the Allianz Stadium.

His goal in the first-leg leaves the tie finely poised at 1-1 with the Eredivisie club looking to reach another European final.

It is understood that the north London club are really interested in signing Neres who has impressed with Ajax.

Given Arsenal’s lack of width in attack, their interest in the winger makes a lot of sense.

The Brazilian is expected to command a fee of €35-40M this summer which the Gunners could easily afford.
